Overview:

The pump, served to elevate the lead liquid and molten lead alloy, is usually applied for large and deep lead smelting pot, automatic lead casting, lead pumping system and process, etc.

The lead pump is composed of electrical control elements, motor, shaft, frame, pump shell, impeller, pipes, movable joint, etc. At the output end of the shaft, there are two joint flanges, of which one is bolted to impeller. The impeller is made from cast steel 45# and in the center there is a spindle hole.

The upper part of the pump shell is bolted to the frame while the lower part is connected to the upper part via bolt. The motor is controlled by the electrical control unit.
