Application:
Used to produce large length of bright oxygen-free copper rods
The upward casting system can smelt electrolytic copper or high-purity copper liquid by the frequency induction furnace into liquid. Through the charcoal on the surface and air isolation (to avoid oxidation of copper liquid), the holding furnace temperature for copper can be controlled at 1150 ℃ + -10 ℃. Continuous casting machine can make copper into the crystallization through the rapid crystallization and produce continuous copper rods, and finally make the copper rods into coils by double-headed take-up machine and other auxiliary equipment.
The system consists of frequency induction furnace, continuous casting machine, guide wheel frame, tension bracket, double-headed take-up machine, water cooling system, electrical system, feeding system and temperature measurement system.
Continuous Casting Machine
The continuous casting machine is the main equipment to realize the continuous casting. It consists of the three major parts including traction mechanism, liquid level tracking system and crystallizers and it has the structure of four gantry pillars.
