ICJ series of standard stainless steel chemical pump is a kind of horizontal, single-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. Its rated performance points and installation dimensions are in line with international standards IS02858, manufacturing technology is in line with IS05199 and structural design is in line with API610.
This series of pumps is the latest improvement of the old series of pumps, adopting cartridge mechanical seal, and take various technical measures, for example, reduce the shaft diameter to improve the overall performance of the pump, which is an advanced improvement in domestic and the application is getting larger and larger. It can be used for corrosive suspension liquid with solid particles.
Compared with the old pump, ICJ pump has the following characteristics:
Large sealing angle cone cavity makes the mechanical seal locate in a spacious cavity, which coordinates with back vane, the guide vane cavity to form a strong self-flushing flow field and can conduct self-cooling, so it specially suitable for conveying medium containing solid particles.
Assembled double-end mechanical seal makes it achieve a forced circulation and cooling within mechanical seal and further extend the lifetime of the mechanical seal.
Bold shaft diameter reduces the rotor deflection, which makes it work stably and extend the mechanical seal lifetime.
Pump structure is simple and easy for maintenance.
